On the other hand we can also use your data to:
– send messages, notifications or other communications essential to the timely fulfillment of the services contracted to us or, in the event of changes to our privacy policies, cookies or terms and conditions;
– reply to communications sent to us, either through the chat service, help center or others.
4. Who has access?
Only PRODJ has access to your data except in cases where for legal reasons we have to disclose it to third parties
5. Where is user data stored?
PRODJ saves and protects your data on international servers that follow high standards of security and privacy. To remove your data simply send and email or contact us via social media.
6. Retention period
PRODJ retains the data of all customers for a period that depends on the purpose for which they were collected and processed. For example, in the case of purchase of equipment or purchase of a training course, your data will have to be saved, by legal imposition, for a period of 10 years, so that we can have a billing history and for communication purposes with taxing authority. This period shall be the minimum possible time as long as no legal obligations are contravened.
8. User Rights
The user has the right to request PRODJ access, rectify or even delete his personal data. There can be exceptions in cases that by legal obligation such is not possible.
